 Menu editor adding new menue item issue

HI, I added a new item to the menulist box within the Menu Editor.
with I right click I can modify stuff like links Icons ...fine...
TEchnically the new menue item is generated (html and PHP files) but the menue is not visible anywhere.
Where or how can I find/activate it?
With the existing default entries everything works fine.

  1. In PHPRunner R, right Click on menu block and "Choose Menu":


2. And than Choose which menu item you want
