How to use a different php version

Hi,
This is related to a topic I opened today (8/1/2016),
ConnectionManager->getConnection MsSql
The server that we're using, has php 5.4.37. My PHPRunner is currently using 5.5.18. Can I force PHPRunner 8.1 to use PHP 5.4.37?
I'm just trying to isolate the problem, by eliminating the PHP version as one possibility.

How do you delete a post? A post can be edited, but I don't see a Delete button.
