[object error] when trying to change the color of the fonts or backgro

I get a pop up message saying [object Error] when I click on the text color or the background color in the rich text editor.

This error occurs on specific servers and on others it works ok.

What is the reason for this problem? How to fix that? Does something have to be installed on the server where it doesn't work?

Hi,
Rich Text Editor script runs on client machine so it doesn't depend on server software and settings.

There may be some javascript-related security settings in your browser that cause this error.
BTW we plan to switch to more advanced Rich text editor in one of the next ASPRunner updates.

That's very strange, I'm checking on the same machine, same browser, the same application, once on one server and once on another, and get the error only on one of the server...

What js issue can cause the problem?

I wasn't able to reproduce this error.

It's impossible to find what's wrong without seeing it.
Probably you need to wait till we swtich to InnovaStudio Rich Text Editor later this month.
