Idea to design a POS screen

Hello,

I am planning to design a POS (Point of Sale) for a restaurant. I am trying to think how should I structure it, the main screen needs to have three segments (attaching a screen short) for reference. Is it possible to design something similar in PHPRunner? . There are a few more screens like this for example when you click on each order detail, it gives you more tags to apply on item.
