 Custom View displays in Editor View, but not in Browser

I am currently using PHP Runner 8.1 (Build 25268 x86)
I created a Custom View. In PHP Runner Editor it displays just fine, but I don't see it in browser (Chrome/Firefox) after published.

I read a similar thread here, and clean the browser cache. The result is the same.
Any feedbacks to my situation?

How could I attach images from Dropbox? Sorry I'm not familiar with the forum.

I Insert Image and paste the Dropbox links. Obviously it's not working.

Make sure you are assigning permissions to this custom view via User Group Permissions.

Yes!!It works!! I thought it would be default to Admin, but it's not.
