For some reason my version of phprunner stopped saving when exiting the program and I was having to restore from a previous incarnation of my project. It started on Wednesday when I lost a whole days work and nothing I could do would change the situation - including downloading the latest release and reinstalling.
I just thought it posting a general tip - always use the Project - Save option before closing your work! Losing 12 hours of work is painful.
Funnily enough once I started using this option the Save on exit started again.
This is meant as a tip - I still think the product is best of class
