Hi,
I would like a way to edit multiple records at one time. Many times I want to make a consistent change to update 50 or 100 records. I can filter to these records in the list view, but then have to update them one at a time. To tick a checkbox this takes 3-5 clicks per record, so what should be a 1 minute task turns into 30 minutes very quickly. I'm wondering if anyone came up with a solution for this.
Here is what I envision:
From the list page I check the box next to the records I want to edit.

I click the 'Mass Edit' button, it takes me to something resembling the edit record screen.

Next to each field is a checkbox. The meaning of the box is 'Include this field in the mass edit'.

When I click save, the update is made to all checked records.
Here are some examples of this page from other software:

Has anyone done this in PHPRunner? Any help is appreciated!

... reading about time saving need for check box oriented editing missions, I wonder whether a re-arrangement of those very check boxes into a separate custom view page, turbo-charged and fired by http://xlinesoft.com/blog/2015/11/12/in-place-editing/ in-place-editing check boxes ..., would/could be finally that very time and life saver on the long run ..., just for inspiration purposes <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=reply&id=78551&image=1&table=forumreplies' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
