Free-form design mode phprunner 8.1 problems

Hi,

to use free-form design i must use very hi video resolution otherwise do not see the full visual editor toolbars, it would be preferable to have a notice that the toolbar is not complete with low resolution or split it.

When I insert fields in freeform I can not move them, there is some specific settings?

in this image i insert 2 fields: nome and cognome.

I have windows 7 64 bit and phprunner enterprise 8.1 build 25268
