PHPR 8.1. When I register a new user under dynamic permissions why does PHPR ignore the password they wish to use and create a new one for them? This causes a great deal of confusion and login trouble. Is there a switch somewhere to stop this?

OK, I don't know what was happening but now this is working properly. The solution was to turn off encryption, do full build, turn encryption back on, do full build, now it works.
