Email validation on Registration Page

I can't stop the Registration page from attempting to validate an email entered in the email field. The validation is turned off for the email field. Is there something hard wired in PHPR that doesn't recognize the new TLD's as valid email addresses?

We typically post updates to PHPRunner change log:

You will have to re-install PHPRunner after new update is released.
