Not Detecting Changed Files in Custom Template

I have added some ASP files to my custom templete. When I modify them they won't upload when the 'upload changed files only' is chosen. I have to 'upload all files'. I am using beta 4.0.79

This is correct - currently this feature is not supported.
Added this to my "to do" list.
