Insert New Row

What is the "update form"?

Sorry, in another language we always refer the list as browse, and the Add/Edit/Delete as Update Forms.
At the Add Page, I added some new rows to separate different blocks of info...

But.. the mobile version does not show the additional rows...

I tried inserting but not possible.
So... I presume inserting new rows are not allowed on mobile version?

Got it, this is a bug in PHPRunner 8.1, we'll fix this. Please contact support directly with issues like this so they do not get lost.

I tried to raise a new ticket. But... when submitting, they asked for another User ID and Password.
I tried many many times, and eventually I gave up.
That was the reason why I posted it in the forums.
I would like to communicate such issues with the support, but... there is no avenue for me to do so.

I see 10 tickets opened by you in our helpdesk, last one posted on 8/25.

Well... I have been an ALPHA tester for another programming language which I have been using 1988 till now. We have the liberty to submit unlimited bug report to the bug tracker.
The PHPRunner support has been very helpful, efficient and professional.
I received a notice to renew my support, afterwhich I could not submit the new ticket I raised.
