I have uploaded a logo to my header. When I click on the image and try to resize the image using the corner handle I would expect the image to resize proportionally to maintain aspect. However, the image resizes as if I had grabbed the side handle. I have experienced this in all of my PHPR projects.
Has anyone else experienced this, and am I missing a resize function?

There is no resize function in Visual Editor. Resize your images using software like Paint or specify image width/height in HTML mode.
