"Couldn't Find Element"

Hello,

I tried to install the shopping cart project. After PHPRunner build the project, but it stopped and the message says "C:\Document\PHPRunnerProjects\ShoppingCart\business\ShoppingCart\bricks\shoploginfields.htm(6) - Couldn't find element bNewUserPage"

I had been searched the answer in this forum so I didn't find. Can you please help me to solve the problem?
