I am using windows 8.1, PHPRunner 8.0 Mysql server and the built in web server. I get one of the two following errors when I try using the upload for images and videos. i get error "uploading" or "no such file exist", I have checked and the file does exist in the correct location. I tried this using both PHPRunner 6.2 and PHPRunner 8.0. I then tried it on a windows 7 machine and it works fine. Please advise, I'm logged in as Administrator when this happens. thank you.

Make sure that upload folder has write permissions for EVERYONE user.

Everyone has full control in that folder. Still the same.

There must be something else then. I don't think anyone can tell why wouldn't it work on your machine.
If this is something that can be reproduced on Demo Account we'll be glad to take a look.
