Type mismatch: 'CDbl'

In Advanced search, select 'empty', click search. Error returned: Type mismatch: 'CDbl'. Using the basic search with 'empty' works just fine. The data type being searched is nvarchar (SQL).
Please let me know if you need add'l information.
