Back to List Button does not work

Hello
I have not used phprunner for some time and I am using phprunner6.2. Here is my problem.
On the Add page or the Edit page, phprunner automatically generates a "Back to List" button. However, when I click it, even after saving a record, it does nothing and leaves me where I am.
On the View page, which also generates the same button, I am returned to the list correctly.
How can I fix this problem (which I believe should work automatically and appears to have been ok in the past)?

I had a similar problem a while back (year or so), can't remember exactly what I did but remember it was java related. I know this isn't the answer you were looking for, but may help somewhat.

Most likely there is some sort of Javascript error happening behind the scene.
