Quiz Project Crashes in V8

Hello,
I downloaded Quiz Template for PHPRunner V8 and extracted it into ../Templates/Business directory. The Quiz Template appears OK when creating a new project. After selecting the Quiz template and a MySQL server I create a new database named pciquizV10. After creating, loading, etc. it begins updating the project and then immediately crashes.
I looked for "quiz crashes" and a page or two of just "quiz" topics in the forum but didn't notice a solution. What's next?

Make sure you use the version of Quiz template designed to work with PHPRunner 8. If this doesn't help contact support directly.
