 dynamic permission pages not working

Hi Folks,
I´m using PHPRunner Enterprise build 19901 on Windows 7 64bit. I enabled in the security section "dynamic permissions". This creates two new VIEWS - so far so good. After building the project I can not set user-permissions or create new groups. The only page wich is available from menu is admin_rights_list.php
I used dynamic permission cause I can not set static paermission as mentioned in help. Why? Except this I prefer dynamic permissions. I mentioned this just to be accurate.

I did the complete project twice new from scratch. It´s always the same result.
Please help.

edit: my mistake - sorry. With domain-support user level administration and adding groups are diabled due to handle this @domain itself. I marked this as solved

I had the same issue recently, turns out I had edited the style for Admin: Manage Group Members and Admin: Manage Group Rights incorrectly. You might try to reset those pages and rebuilt > upload and see if that resolves your issue.
