 Error when submitting form from iPad

I have a simple form that adds records to a MS SQL 2012 database that I sent out for testing to a few users and one of them tried it from their iPad and received the following error when he clicked on the submit button.
<<<We're sorry there was an error with your request. Please try again later.>>>

The statement was terminated
I only have an add record page created now, and did not do anything on the columns by device section
Any help or ideas appreciated

This message is definitely not coming from PHPRunner, we do not have such an error message. Can this be a simple connectivity issue?
Ask your client to supply a screenshot of this error message if this happens again.

It is not a PHPrunner erorr but check you mobile page in visual editor to see if the page is correct . To be sure reset the mobile page for that add/edt page and reset or use revision if necssary . But PHP runner will not throw the error as admin stated above . But you may have an issue with mobile setup for that page in editor. Do other pages for that user work? If they do then you need to reset that page as there is something customized that is not proprgating.
