Using build #23238, with a fresh DB with a single table, after uploading, we get this error message:
.../connections/MySQLiConnection.php on line 84
Can anyone shed any light on how to resolve this error on linux server with WHM/cPanel?
Appreciate any assistance on this snag.

Stumbled upon a solution!
In cPanel, for the remote database access, we added the IP address of the server.
The site and database is hosted on the same server, so we are not sure why we needed to identify the IP address for the same box.
In any event, we did that and now we can see the PHPR website.
Oh, well ... it ain't magic, but it worked.
