Upgraded from 5.3 to 6.2, now file links show 403 Forbidden error

Hello, I just updated a PHPRunner application that was originally built with version 5.3, and now I updated it to PHP Runner version 6.2 Build 14199. Everything seems to work except the file attachment links in the List View and Edit view throw a 403 Forbidden Error. The file attachments open fine if I am using the "View" screen.
The file attachments are stored in a "../uploads" folder and do not use any custom PHP Expressions.

I'm not sure what this might be. PHPRunner uses the same code to display images on view and list pages and Error 403 usually points to server configuration rather than to some issue with the code itself.
If you have a valid support contract post your application to Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL. 'Demo Account' button can be found on the last screen in the program.
