 "Back to List" and Save Button won't work

Everything was fine then suddenly the "Back to List" and Save Button won't work!! I noticed that when i click them, a # sign is added to the URL and nothing happens.

What could be wrong?

Please advise.

After troubleshooting, I had set an autofill to a field, and had removed that field from the add page.

So i removed the autofill to that field and everything worked fine.
