 Search Panel does not always show up on charts

I have a project with a number of charts.
For each chart, I have a search panel with a couple of fields that make use of dropdowns to filter the chart data.
My problem is the following: For many of my charts, the search panel does not show up at all.

  • No amount of rebuilding or uploading all files makes any difference.
  • Different browsers and clearing the browser cache does not make any difference.
    Does anyone have an idea what could cause this?

In the order of importance

  • make sure you run the latest build of PHPRunner
  • reset chart page in Visual Editor
  • perform a full build
  • make sure all files are uploaded to the web server where you test it
  • clear browser's cache
    If nothing helps post your application to Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL. 'Demo Account' button can be found on the last screen in the program.

I have already tried the fixes on the list with no luck. By default the search panel shows up on one chart, but not on the other four....
but choosing the option to Freeze the Search Panel fixes the issue...
