How to display a read only image on edit page

I have a page that allows my clients to view their ads so they may approve them or send us corrections. With ASP Runner I could send an email with a link to this page and my customers could see an image. With PHP Runner I can't get the page to show a read only image on an Edit Page. All I get are small empty icon.

ASPRunnerPro and PHPRunner are identical in terms of Image settings. If you use the same settings in PHPRunner it should work.
Unfortunately there is not enough info to provide a meaningful advice.

Simply put the "Read Only" feature does not seem to work on an edit page. It simply will not show an image from an image field unless you set the field to be "File/Image". I don't want people to have the option to change the image.
