We have an application built that uses the "Users can see and edit their own data only" option to secure which records are visible. We then share a logon and password so that groups of individuals can view and edit the records created by the group. I want to enable the use of Active Directory for authentication, but in doing so we would no longer be able to share an ID (we're cracking down on this sort of behavior).
Is it possible to limit viewable records to a group of individuals using Dynamic permissions? We would then use the "Users can see and edit other users data" to allow group members to view/edit each other's entries.
