Hi I have a PHPRunner 6.1 project that has a list view that when I select Print all it defaults to 30 records which is to big for the pages, is there a easy way to set the amount of records it prints on "Print All" if I select 20 records in the List view and click print page it shows just the 20 records but on Print all for some reason it tries to fit 30 records on the page which spills over. Thanks in advance.

Go to the "Pages" section. Right next to the place where you have checked "Printer-Friendly" there is a square box with three dots in it. Click that square box and there you have the option to change the number of records per page for print all.
I think this is what you are looking for.
