Field's entries in edit page disappear.

I am using sql server and aspruner 7.2.

My problem is in the edit page. When I edit my records, some field's entries are missing, and I have to reenter them.
Example

name: Nicolas

sunrname: Nicolaou

Tel: 21456987
In the edit page I get.
name: Nicolas

surname:

Tel: 21456987
The surname entry is disappeared. The strange is when I make the reenter everything is ok. When I edit it again there is no problem.
Pls help..

Sorry for the delay

I tried to send it in a demo account but because is in Greek the characters not show correctly.
I will try to explain what the problem is.
In the view page, my entries show ok without any problem. In the add page also have not any problem. My problem is in the edit page.
I have three dependent fields that are connected to each other.

In the edit page the two dependent field valuesare lost (not display), and I have to re-enter them. Why those values are lost. Maybe because are dependent, or something in the SQL fault.
If you want I can send you the URL to check it.
