which video file types does the embedded view play?

don't appear to do .avi what others?
i get this error on some videos "the media (null) could not be loaded because the server or network failed"

According to documentation (http://xlinesoft.com/asprunnerpro/docs/view_as_settings_video.htm) supported formats are FLV, MP4, F4V
