Data Scrolling In Chrome Problem

In Chrome turning on data scroll feature frequently causes misalignment data columns to headers: column width in header differs from column width in body.

When page loads, the first fraction of second table is aligned correctly, then columns of table body shift.
In most cases when scroll bar is outside of the table body and header (kind of attached to the right side) the table is aligned.

When scroll bar inside the table (under the header's last column), the width of the data columns reduced proportionally to fit the header width.
Tried to reset pages with the same result. Same pages have the same issues.
And it works fine in IE 10 and Firefox.
Did anybody have this problem or it is only me?

Post some screenshots of the problem. Do you get any errors in the "Developer tools" of Chrome?

The only errors are with the network utilization on loading.
Here is an image of the most frequent case, when scroll bar is within the table:

So is it a feature or a bug? <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=reply&id=70742&image=1&table=forumreplies' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />
