Under Misc. I've unchecked "Display Loading...". It's unchecked throughout my project. However, it appears in my production code on the server. I've even deleted everything on the server and totally rebuilt the project to no avail. Am I missing something?

Full rebuild and full upload should solve it.
Just in case clear your browsers cache as well.

I've done all that. Completely. Triple checked all the settings in ASPRunner. Still showing up. Any thoughts?

Make sure you have uploaded all files to the web server and cleared your browser's cache.
If this doesn't help post your application to Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL. 'Demo Account' button can be found on the last screen in the program.
