0X80070002 In Asp Net On Iis

Hi, i have asprunner 7.2 already installed on my server, it work so far ok.

today i have purchased and downloade the ASPnet took a very simple database

created a project

built it, very simple :

but when i tried to run it i got this error
0x80070002
of course i went o google to see what is wrong, goth the suggested microsoft fix, but it did not solve my siiue.

Can administration help and suggest what is wrong?
