 Menu Changes Not Updating To Live Page

I've added a new custom view to the project. When I view the pages in the PHPRunner Application I see a modified menu page with the new view listed. When I build (full) and then Upload All Files, the resulting live page still has the old menu (missing the new view). I have tried deleting the output folder manually on my PC and rebuilding again with the same result. I need to know how I can get the pages I see in the application to propagate to my live site.

If you use User Group Permissions make sure you assigned permissions to those new menu items.
