How To Start Editing A Published Website

Hi dear.
I've used phprunner to build an interface that do some add, edit etc. for my wife a year ago. This was done using a Windows Virtual machine under OSX. But I've loosed the VM due to Fusion problem...
I obobviously have ftp access to the site where I've published my pages but I don't have the project anymore... <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=question&id=20662&image=1&table=forumtopics' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' />
How do I start from the file I have to build some adjustment requested by my wife using phprunner?

If you do not have a project file (.phpr) you cannot use PHPRunner to make changes to generated application.
