How To Load Variables From Imported Database Fields

I have imported DB from EXCEL into Mysql 5.5 & PP 6 with following fields, No Reg Page and Log in Page only Use Username, Password

Pkey Team Bywho When Called Agree Reconfirm Played Note Username Player id First Last Phone Address City State Zip Date Email Password Ok
Problem: Logged on as only show username,On Same Place or In header I want to display First name & Last name & Address etc too.
