In the web apps that I build, I always use a horizontal menu.
For a while now, I have been searching to set the width of the top block (header, top-links, menu, page-links, or whatever the exact names may be) to 100%. Always, in all the pages.
But whatever I try, the width of the top block seems to depend on the width of the data grid. See attached/included screenshots:

Can anybody help me?
How does this work using the style editor?
Is there maybe a global setting for this?
