I've noticed lately that when I type in the Basic Rich Text Editor that I can't see my content until I move the mouse so that it looses focus and gains focus. Are there any settings that need to be adjusted or some known bug with it?

This is not normal.
If you need help with this post your application to Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL. 'Demo Account' button can be found on the last screen in the program. We also need to know what browser you use and how to reproduce this issue.

An update from OP - this issue only happened on that specific web server with Internet Explorer as a browser. Suspected something related to IE security settings but haven't find the way to track this down.
Problem was solved by switching to Innova Editor.
