Formatting Lost

Hi,
It takes log time to load the pages when I clear the Internet Explorer cash.
When the pages loaded it is loosing formatting and reverts back to text.
Have you come across this error?
Please help.

Try to do CTRL+F5 to do full refresh in IE. It appears that IE has some problems reloading images and stylesheets.
