Innovaeditor link error

Hi,

I am new to PHPRunner and to PHP in general, I am developing an application using the Innovaeditor.
The issue is when I insert a document link in innovaeditor from one table which is the master table and view the same field in a linked child table.
When I try to view the document from the linked child table it displays the link with %22 infront of the path and at the end.
Example master table link: www.mysite.com/documents/mydocument. (this works fine)
Example linked Child table: www.mysite.com/%22/documents/mydocument%22 (this does not work)...
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..
