Build not complete

I tried to use an older project in PHPRunner 6.1 (Build 11636).

Everthing seem to be fine, all forms are resetted - but after "Build" there are only subdirectories with files in output directory - the files in the root directory are not builded.

I´ve tried this with two different projects and be sure, but the result is the same: Subdirectories with files exists, "main" files in root directory not.
What can i do?
