How do I stop the software from overlaying my transparent GIF each time I modify anything?

I think I need to clarify my question. Every time I edit the project it overlays the transparent GIF I have uploaded with the standard broken image icon. Is there a way to stop this?

Replace this file with your own one in PHPRunner's 'source' directory. That will do the job.
