 Changes to Tab Menu Text get reset

I have 3 Tabs on the List Pages for the 3 tables I'm working with on this project. Need to change the text on the Tabs, i.e., change 'Otr' to 'OTR' (it's an acronym). I can change the text in the Editor, but it reverts to the default when I attempt to save the changes.
Has anyone else experienced this, and do you have a fix?
