Problem with 6.1

Since my original post I tried starting over from SCRATCH using 6.1 but I am still getting the same message. I've looked at the line the error refers to and if I delete the '{', my Dreamweaver program gives an error message. I think I'll try uploading the project to the Demo site and see what happens.
I'm getting this message when I try to access the interface pages. The only change I made was to the style color.
