I purchased a license PHPRunner but so long that I don't write software that my skills are disappear.
I have little time to focus and concentrate on this project that it became impossible for me to finish it as I wish.
I do not know if this is the place to make this request but I search someone who I can help me in build this project with the specifications that are able to provide, including the database structure and examples.
