 Problem with *.cs file

I create project in ASPRunner.NET 5 and some of the needed .cs did not create and that cause a lot of error

like error CS0117, my message is "'Data.HourReport' does not contain a definition for 'countryManagerApprove'"

or error CS0246, my message is "The type or namespace name 'AdminUsersReports' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)"
I used one old .cs file to stop other errors, but I still have errors
