Hi having just purchased the latest V6 runner I have the following questions.
Audit log: i am showing very few logouts, although logins are present - Any issues?
Is it possible to capture logouts if they close the browser / database without logging out?
( I assume this is what maybe happening )
My users claim data is not being saved..I have never had this before and hope it is not some bug in the latest version.
logs do not help only showing logins.. any ideas
What catches my attention is first login nothing recorded only login time etc... 40 mins later login again and then data captured. No logout in the middle is recorded and the users claim data in this period was lost. This is not an isolated case but effects many users.
Also is it possible to copy the save button and place it numerous times on the form, or use Java to save to the audit log on box changes. Thus helping isolate what is happening.
Thanks for any help with this as its a disaster losing data entered. It could be user error on large scale but logs do not help with identifying it..
