Does PhpRunner w Postgresql Excel Import feature works ?

Well you got the title clear, right...

Does PhpRunner w Postgresql Excell Import feature works ?
I Have a long list of places in an excell sheet and although my database (Postgresql) page allows me to export from the db to Exel.
I do not have the option to import from the xls sheet to my db. <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=question&id=19108&image=1&table=forumtopics' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':blink:' />

Anyone knows if this is a limitation from PG or do we have to configure s/t ?
Don´t want to use Mysql or mdb to link it

I must have a copy of records within PG.
