How to create header and footer to be used in all projects

I am using ASPRunner Pro 7.0. I want all of my database projects to use the same header and footer. How can I add this to a style so that it is automatically used when I create a project?
I tried to find this info in the PDF manual and in the How To videos but couldn't locate any answer.

Header and footer are edited in Visual Editor. You cannot create header or footer that will be shared between all projects you create automatically. The best you can do is to copy header and footer content to each new project you create.
