Edit page is displaying NULL values

Hi.
I just noticed that in an edit page (and list page as well) the default NULL values are displaying as NULL.
The thing is until now (I am not sure what happened) all those fields where displayed as blanks (as I expected).
Any idea of why this happened or how to "force" all the null values to be displayed as blank?

Can you clarify a bit more? When it comes to a display, how does a blank look different than a NULL?

Sure. sorry for not thinking of it.
Here is a screenshot.
The thing is this happened suddenly. All new records appeared like this in all the default values.
If I delete manually the word NULL, I can fill the field normally and save the correct value, but the NULL freaked my users.

Looks pretty strange I must say. I would suggest to post your application to Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL. 'Demo Account' button can be found on the last screen in the program.
