Lock user account after three unsuccessful logins

I am using phprunner 6.0

First question : How to change no of unsuccessful logins ? Option found for restricted 3 times only in the project.

Second question : After 3 times unsucessful logins, user is locked for 5 mins. I want to change to 30 mins or blocked login permanently.
Pls advise.
